MEET THE TEAM



Dr. John Busby is a 1978 graduate of Marquette University school of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he completed a Family Practice Residency in the U.S. Army. After five years in the active military, Dr. Busby returned to Madison and joined the dental group that ultimately become Affiliated Dentists. Since 1983, he has been providing dental health care to Madison area families. Dr. Busby's emphasis is providing cosmetic procedures and restoring people's smiles. Dr. Busby is married to Terry Busby. They have three adult daughters: Katie, Lou and Jenny.

 

 

 

Dr. Greg Wipperfurth is a 1978 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. Prior to joining Affiliated Dentists in 2000, he had maintained his own private practice in Madison for 22 years. In addition, he had served as a part time clinical instructor with Madison Area Technical College from 1987 to 1994 with the Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting programs. Dr. Wipperfurth's emphasis is in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.  
Dr. JoAnn Miller started her dental career as a dental assistant while attending the University of Iowa in Iowa City. She received her B.A. in Biology, then entered the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. There she learned the latest techniques and materials from the frontrunners in each specialty. Dr. Miller graduated in the spring of 2003 and is a member of the American Dental Association.

 

 

Dr. Mark Gustavson earned his B.A. in Chemistry at Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota. He continued his education at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and was the recipient of the J. Raymond Gill Award for Excellence in Clinical Prosthodontics. After dental school he completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The residency focused on full mouth reconstructions in fixed and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Gustavson has moved to Madison with his wife, Katie and children, Tyra and Cullen. He is a member of the American Dental Association.  
Dr. Bryan Wierwill is a 1978 graduate of Marquette Univ. School of Dentistry. He has been in private practice in Madison since 1978. He hold the honorary degree of "Fellow" in the American Academy of General Dentistry. His focus is adult restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He has lectured throughout the United States and internationally on these subjects. Dr. Wierwill and his wife of 26 years (Rose) have 2 grown children: Benjamin and Kathryn. In his spare time Dr. Wierwill is a dedicated fly-fisherman having fished in New Zealand, Chile, Nova Scotia and much of the USA. He is most at home on the friendly streams of southwestern Wisconsin.  

Dr. Laura Peles earned an undergraduate degree in dental hygiene from Marquette University. Later on she decided to continue her dental education by pursuing a dental degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Peles transitioned into our practice from Milwaukee, however previously she lived in Washington State. She has been a member of the American Dental Association and is interested in general restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. She enjoys the outdoors and her hobbies include cycling, swimming, and hiking. Dr. Peles is an approachable and personable young dentist who's goal is to provide family-friendly quality dentistry.
