At Affiliated Dentists, we are doing our part to help protect our community…
April 8th – Our offices remain closed to non-emergent patients. We have a doctor and assistant team available to see emergency patients. (Examples include: pain that keeps you up at night or from performing daily functions or re-cementing of a crown.) Please call our offices should you be in serious need of treatment during this time. Once our doors reopen, we will work with all our patients who are in need of oral hygiene care to reschedule their appointments. Thank you for your patience as we all work together to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
(3/15/20) We are doing our part to help our community from the spread of COVID-19. As such, we are following recommendations from the American Dental Association on how to help curb community spreading, including: continuing our practice of wearing single-use face masks, following proper hand washing technique, frequently disinfecting office surfaces and removing items that pose a risk for cross-contamination (e.g. magazines, toys, and books) from our common areas.
We ask that you please reschedule your appointment for a later date if you have:
- Fever, cough, or respiratory issues
- Within the past two weeks traveled from an area with a high prevalence of COVID-19, including: China, Japan, South Korea, Italy, and Washington State
- Potentially been exposed to the virus or have been around others who have been in these areas
- Or if you have a underlying medical condition that would make you more at risk of infection
We will continue to use our normal screening process of asking our patients if they have any fever or respiratory issues. If you are ill, please call our office (608) 274-9077 to reschedule instead of coming into the clinic. Our front desk staff is happy to reschedule your appointment over the phone.
Thank you for your help in keeping our community healthy!
